Hello. I'm Lyn.

How I came to be...

I became the therapist I am today because I watched my mother endure countless medical procedures—many of which felt more like experiments than care. I saw her go through surgery after surgery to address scar tissue, often with no real solutions, only more pain or other symptoms the doctors would not address.  It broke my heart to see how the medical system refused to treat her with compassion, treating her as a problem to be solved rather than a whole person in need of understanding and care.

These experiences taught me that healing isn’t just about fixing the body; it’s about honoring the stories and traumas we carry. My work is a response to what my mother went through—a commitment to offering therapies that truly help, to listening to the body’s voice, and to creating spaces where Black women can reclaim their health and their narratives

Over the years

I have become a highly trained and experienced massage therapist specializing in a variety of advanced therapeutic modalities designed to promote healing, enhance mobility, and improve overall well-being. My extensive training includes scar tissue therapy, medical massage, orthobionomy, neurokinetic therapy, myofascial release, breath work, personal training, and dolphin MPS (Microcurrent Point Stimulation) therapy.

With a holistic approach to care, I tailor each session to address the unique needs of my clients, whether they are seeking relief from chronic pain, recovery from injury, or simply a way to restore balance in their lives. My work focuses not only on treating symptoms but also on addressing the root causes of discomfort to achieve lasting results.

Through years of dedication to my craft, I have developed a deep understanding of how the body functions and how various techniques can work together to unlock its natural healing potential. My passion lies in empowering Black women to feel their best—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
